Automatic reservation, rental and management of your indoor and outdoor facilities. Functions : When you create your indoor and/or outdoor activities, the program immediately reserves the location. A specific activity may operate in more than one location simultaneously and our program will react accordingly.  We acknowledge the use of facilities and sub-facilities. When issuing a contract for a rental, you can incorporate and account for the rental of chairs, tables, video system, etc. We have also incorporated the management of equipment.  This module allows the user to link an activity or rental and a client or organization with the rental or loan of equipement.  Our module allows you to know, at all times, where is your equipment; print a loan equipment form and, if necessary, an equipment delivery form.  Our module allows for the use of many facilities to store equipment and inventory control.  This equipment can be divided in categories such as balls, bats, audiovisual, etc. If you also manage a bar in your community hall or other locations, our module will allow you to physically manage your inventory.  The program will print out the inventory of the bar or shop, the sales made and the profits.  The inventory can include all types of products such as beer, chips, chocolate bars, hot dogs, etc.  This module can also be used to manage a kiosk during a show, etc. You can print a calendar that is very visual and easy to read for each family.  In a single operation, you can print a calendar for each facility within an installation or, obviously, for a single facility.  Our calendar prints the hours used and the hours available for a given facility on a given day. You can click directly on the calendar to make a reservation or modify an existing reservation. You have the possibility of incorporating notes or messages directed to maintenance personnel or client services' personnel.  Such notes can be for a specific date and tied to a specific rental or reservation. It is even easier to search in activities and rentals through the rental number or the name of their person making the reservation or rental. We have the only program that can integrate the Games, Practices and Tournaments schedules when printing the calendar of events.  In addition to know that there is a hockey, baseball or soccer game, you will also know which teams are involved and in which league they play as well as the level of play.  It is now possible to electronically receive games and practices from your association, league and tournament and to integrate them in your facilities manager.
