Functions :
- When you create your indoor and/or outdoor activities, the program immediately reserves
the location. A specific activity may operate in more than one location simultaneously
and our program will react accordingly. We acknowledge the use of facilities
and sub-facilities.
- Immediate verification and notification if a conflict appears when completing a
facilitie reservation.
- Creation of files for your organizations, regular clients, sports associations,
clubs, adult leagues, etc. Once your clients' list is created, it will accelerate
the reservation or rentals of facilities.
- Establish your rates for your activities and rentals.
- The program automatically calculates the amount of a rental and prints the contract
as well as the receipt.

the hours available for a given facility on a given day.
- You can click directly on the calendar to make a reservation or modify an existing
reservation.
- You have the possibility of incorporating notes or messages directed to maintenance
personnel or client services' personnel. Such notes can be for a specific
date and tied to a specific rental or reservation.
- It is even easier to search in activities and rentals through the rental number or
the name of their person making the reservation or rental.
We have the only program that can integrate the Games, Practices and Tournaments
schedules when printing the calendar of events. In addition to know that there
is a hockey, baseball or soccer game, you will also know which teams are involved
and in which league they play as well as the level of play. It is now possible
to electronically receive games and practices from your association, league and
tournament and to integrate them in your facilities manager.
