Allow one or more employees to generate loans of equipment, without any approval. 

Configure the software to allow one or more persons to approve the loans of equipment. Once authorized, the software immediately sends an email to the Public Works Department for the transport of the equipment. 

Print out applications for loans of equipment, research equipment, etc.
